1. Service Purpose

Rismon Backup Utility is an internal operational tool used solely for Rismon's infrastructure backup activities.

It is not offered as a public service or consumer application.

2. Authorized Use

Use of the application is limited to authorized Rismon personnel and the dedicated organizational Google account configured for backup operations.

3. Google Drive Integration

The application uses Google OAuth and the Google Drive API only for authorized backup operations.

The application requests the drive.file permission and uses it only to create and manage files associated with the backup process.

Use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

4. Security

Authorized users and administrators must not disclose OAuth credentials, encryption keys, backup secrets, or other protected operational information.

5. Availability

The application is provided for internal operational use. Rismon may modify, suspend, or discontinue the utility as operational requirements change.

6. Data Management

Backup creation, retention, verification, and deletion are governed by Rismon's internal operational policies.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated if the application's operational purpose, Google Drive integration, or internal usage requirements change.
